Welcome to SureFixers, Nigeria’s trusted on-demand home repair and facility maintenance platform.
By accessing or using the SureFixers website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Definitions

  • “SureFixers” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” – Refers to the SureFixers platform and its operators.

  • “User” / “You” – Anyone using the platform, including clients and artisans.

  • “Client” – Any user requesting or booking a service.

  • “Artisan” – A verified service provider offering repair or maintenance services through the platform.

  • “Services” – Any home repair, maintenance, or facility service listed or delivered through SureFixers.

  • “Platform” – The SureFixers website, app, software, or any associated service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Our Privacy Policy

  • Our Refund & Guarantee Policy

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

3. Nature of Our Service (Marketplace Disclaimer)

SureFixers is a marketplace that connects clients with independent, verified artisans.
We do not employ artisans; they operate as independent service providers.

While we verify and monitor artisans, SureFixers is not responsible for:

  • The artisan’s behavior

  • Damage caused by the artisan

  • Theft, misconduct, or negligence

  • Accuracy of artisan skill or service quality beyond what is stated in our guarantee

However, we do enforce service quality standards and provide a refund or free-fix guarantee for eligible cases.

4. User Responsibilities As a Client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate job details and access to your property.

  • Pay the required service fees on time.

  • Treat artisans with respect.

  • Not misuse the platform for illegal or harmful activities.

As an Artisan, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and professional details.

  • Deliver services professionally and ethically.

  • Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs.

  • Maintain a high rating and abide by our guidelines.

5. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the platform.

  • Payment can be made via card, bank transfer, or approved digital methods.

  • Prices may vary based on job complexity and materials needed.

  • SureFixers reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

6. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before an artisan is dispatched are free.

  • If the artisan is already on the way, a small visitation fee may apply.

Artisan Cancellations

  • If an artisan cancels or fails to show up, we will assign a replacement or reschedule at your convenience.

7. Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

SureFixers offers a Clean & Guaranteed Work Policy, which covers:

  • Poor-quality work

  • Incomplete work

  • Incorrect installation

  • Work not matching job description

You may be eligible for:

  • A free fix

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (in severe cases)

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Issues caused by client misuse

  • Additional materials not included in the initial quote

SureFixers determines refund eligibility at its discretion.

8. Artisan Verification

All artisans undergo verification, which may include:

  • ID verification

  • Skill testing

  • Background checks

  • Performance monitoring

SureFixers may suspend or remove any artisan who violates service standards.

9. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • SureFixers is not liable for the actions, negligence, or behavior of artisans.

  • SureFixers is not responsible for damages, losses, theft, or injuries arising during service delivery.

  • SureFixers provides the platform “as-is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, images, logos, and software—is the property of SureFixers.
You may not copy, modify, or use any content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from:

  • Harassing or threatening artisans or clients

  • Tampering with the platform or its security

  • Using fake identities or fraudulent payment methods

  • Abusing refund or guarantee policies

  • Violating Nigerian laws

Violation may result in permanent suspension.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

SureFixers may suspend or terminate an account if:

  • Fraud or misconduct is detected

  • Service standards are repeatedly violated

  • Payments fail or are disputed

  • The user abuses or manipulates the platform

13. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party payment processors or APIs.
SureFixers is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party failures or policies.

14. Updates to Terms

SureFixers may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
